Lead creative direction for Ounass’s commercial fashion vertical.
Partner with Editorial, Merchandising, Content and Product to deliver an elevated digital customer experience.
Own creative ideation, governance and sign-off across fashion roll-outs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creative strategy and roadmap for the commercial fashion vertical.
- Identify design-led opportunities that support conversion and elevate brand perception.
- Support fashion campaigns, editorial features and commercial touchpoints.
- Own quality governance, creative sign-off and brand guideline adherence.
- Create templates, toolkits and brand playbooks for site, app, newsletters and other channels.
- Provide creative direction for digital graphics, animation and motion graphics.
- Manage multiple briefs and projects while improving team processes and ways of working.
- Mentor, guide and train junior designers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative or design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and digital design expertise.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to produce 3D and animated graphics across multiple media formats.
- Experience with design templates, storyboards, typography, colour, layout and UX/UI design.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art or another relevant creative field.
- English and Arabic language skills.
Preferred background
- Experience in fashion, retail or luxury e-commerce is ideal.
