We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out** to support our project team by ensuring accurate estimations, smooth coordination, effective subcontractor management, and timely execution across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project management, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing and material information.
- Identify, evaluate, and source suitable subcontractors for project requirements.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely execution of tasks according to project specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, verify progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to subcontractor activities in coordination with the site team.
- Prepare and submit detailed, itemized estimates for client review and approval.
- Review and update cost estimates as project designs evolve.
- Maintain continuous communication with sales, documentation, design, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
- Handle and manage all technical documents, drawings, approvals, and project-related submissions accurately.
- Ensure project material samples are submitted within the required timeframe by the inside sales team.
- Prepare a Project Coordination Matrix and collaborate with engineers to schedule site activities.
- Oversee and align work schedules across all project sites in line with approved timelines.
- Obtain work schedule approvals from the Director and update project engineers for strict adherence.
- Ensure all required project approvals (authority, client, design, material, and site-related) are secured on time.
- Assist in monitoring overall project progress, identifying delays, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Maintain updated project documentation, logs, and reports for internal and client use.
- Support procurement by following up on material deliveries and coordinating with suppliers.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and HSE guidelines across all sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project coordination.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, estimation, and site coordination processes.
- Knowledge of project-related authority procedures and internal approval requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Strong technical documentation handling and submission capabilities.
- Ability to source, coordinate, and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project scheduling tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism.
