Overview
We are looking for a skilled **Estimator** to join our team and manage cost planning, project tracking, and client liaison for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and advise on pricing, feasibility, and potential revisions.
- Negotiate labor contracts, work schedules, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and track construction progress.
- Prepare and review accounts for labor, materials, and suppliers.
- Review fit-out plans and prepare accurate quantity requirements.
- Scrutinize costs, contracts, and maintenance requirements to ensure cost efficiency.
- Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
- Advise managers and clients on improvements, cost-effective strategies, and design changes.
- Track material usage and reorder supplies as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- **2 years UAE experience** in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Solid knowledge of **fit-out works and practices**.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and strategic abilities.
