- Coordinate material samples and procurement follow ups
- Prepare project schedules and coordination matrices
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving site issues
- Ensure all client, consultant, and authority approvals are obtained on time
- Maintain project reports, logs, and records
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and HSE requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit Out company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of interior fit out project coordination
- Experience in estimation, planning, scheduling, and site coordination
- Knowledge of authority approvals and project documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
