Overview

We are looking for a **Project Coordinator / Document Controller** to support project execution and ensure accurate documentation.

The role involves coordinating schedules, facilitating communication between teams, and maintaining project records.

Key responsibilities include project tracking, meeting coordination, document control (drawings, contracts, reports), and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination/document control (construction/engineering preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; EDMS knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
