- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong potential welcome)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HRMS or SAP systems

About the Role
