- Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits updates
- Review timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll calculations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor and payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation and payroll matters
- Respond to employee payroll related inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll audits and statutory reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRMS systems
- Good understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory deductions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
