Novarc Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the production of its collaborative robots.
The role is responsible for executing projects in line with project goals, processes, contracts, and requirements.
The position also supports internal process development and improvement initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead or support internal and external projects using Wrike and Novarc project processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Success.
- Communicate concise project updates to internal and external customers.
- Manage client requirements, scope changes, and Variation Orders.
- Monitor project profitability, payment schedules, and collections support.
- Document lessons learned and apply Plan-Do-Check-Act thinking to improve processes.
- Create SolidWorks layout drawings for equipment installation and develop welding knowledge.
- Prepare non-conformance reports, track corrective actions, and maintain accurate documentation.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of project coordination or management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with external B2B clients.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of project accounting, cash flow forecasting, and invoice management.
- Experience in a startup or small-scale manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Wrike, Zoho, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Pursuing PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or interest in obtaining one.
- Familiarity with earned value management and measuring project progress.
