Sharjah Education Academy seeks a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining plans and documentation, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of assigned projects and initiatives
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, schedules, records, and supporting documentation
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, milestones, objectives, and deliverables and provide regular status updates to project leads and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, record key discussions and decisions, and follow up on agreed actions
- Liaise with internal departments, project teams, and relevant stakeholders to support effective communication, coordination, and information flow
- Support the identification, documentation, and tracking of project risks, issues, dependencies, and required mitigation or corrective actions
- Follow up with responsible stakeholders to support the timely completion of project activities and deliverables
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, status updates, and management information
- Support the coordination of project resources, requirements, logistics, and activities as needed
- Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible project files and ensure relevant documentation is properly recorded and maintained
