Role Overview
The Human Capital (HR) Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating essential Human Resources functions and programs across the organization.
The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across employee onboarding, immigration and visa requirements, payroll coordination, employee benefits, HR systems, employee relations, and HR reporting.
The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with organizational policies and applicable UAE employment and labor requirements.
The position also contributes to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating effective communication, protecting confidential information, and supporting continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
