- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated Project Master Programmes covering full project lifecycle
- Prepare strategic master development programmes during feasibility and pre contract stages
- Develop baseline schedules, recovery programmes, and revised schedules using Primavera P6
- Integrate design deliverables into overall project programme
- Coordinate programme timelines with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Plan and monitor statutory authority approvals and permit milestones
- Prepare procurement schedules and long lead material plans
- Monitor project progress, identify critical path, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Conduct delay analysis and schedule impact assessments
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations
- Ensure programme alignment across development, design, procurement, and construction phases
- Support project governance with accurate planning and reporting
Requirements
- 7 14 years of experience in project planning and controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience in construction or engineering project lifecycle
