Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, CPM baselines, and Integrated Master Schedules.
• Monitor progress, milestones, critical paths, schedule variance, float, constraints, risks, and potential delays.
• Support resource and cost loading, EVM, productivity analysis, and project performance measurement.
• Prepare progress curves, critical-path reports, resource histograms, milestone trackers, look-ahead schedules, KPI dashboards, and progress reports.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and present project data using Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Develop narratives explaining progress, delays, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate controls for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, long-lead equipment, and project interfaces.
• Participate in project meetings and support senior Project Controls personnel with client and management information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction engineering, construction management, project management, or a related technical field.
• Five to eight years of construction project controls, planning, or scheduling experience.
• Experience with large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or complex building projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, WBS, Integrated Master Schedules, and progress measurement.
• Experience preparing project-control reports and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center or other vertical construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with PMC, project-management consultant, contractor, or client-side organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with EVM, cost control, forecasting, resource planning, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or delay analysis is preferred.
• PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE certification and professional association membership are preferred.
