Responsibilities
- Control and manage all phases of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, change management, and control
- Manage schedule, cost, change, key resources, and scope/change management
- Handle proposal management including bidding decision and costing management, and strategic planning
- Establish operating policies to mitigate risk and provide guidance for project managers
- Interface with all internal department heads and assemble timeline project execution programs
- Ensure project controls team produces weekly/monthly reports in line with project and company reporting calendar
- Ensure consistent application of project controls processes across the project
- Manage governance for robust cost and schedule performance across integrated programs with multiple suppliers
- Support definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures, and standards
- Support development of requirements for specific resource loaded schedules
- Work closely with Project Manager, commercial manager, and Project QS to maximize project potential
Requirements
- Experience in project controls management for large scale projects
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start up work processes
- Familiarity with National and International standards, and Saudi Aramco Standards
- Strong skills in schedule management, cost management, and change management
- Ability to produce weekly/monthly reports with progress, actuals, forecast, and variance explanations

Role Overview
