- Operate heel milling machines for tower and pole components as per production drawings and specifications
- Set up machine parameters, tooling, and fixtures before operation
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions
- Ensure accurate milling dimensions, whole alignment, and edge finishing
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns
- Maintain production quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine area
- Achieve daily production and efficiency targets
