- Establish and manage a robust project control system integrating cost, schedule, and progress measurement
- Oversee development of detailed Baseline Schedules with critical path analysis aligned to Aramco systems
- Monitor project expenditures and cash flow, identifying budget variances and implementing corrective actions
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to provide accurate forecasts and identify bottlenecks
- Evaluate impact of site condition changes or technical queries on budget and timeline
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports for management and Aramco stakeholders
- Support Project Manager in assessing economic and operational risks and defining mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Experience in project controls for large scale oil & gas pipeline projects
- Strong analytical and detail oriented skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and performance measurement
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco project management systems
