- Continuously monitor project performance, preparing detailed reports to communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.
- Assess project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified threats.
- Work closely with project teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
