- Develop and maintain integrated master programmes covering all project phases
- Monitor project milestones, progress, and critical activities; identify schedule delays and recovery requirements
- Establish and maintain project cost tracking frameworks; monitor cost trends and support forecasting
- Develop and maintain project risk, issues, and change registers; monitor mitigation plans
- Monitor consultant and contractor performance against contractual obligations and project milestones
- Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations
- Establish and maintain standalone project reporting systems and dashboards
- Coordinate with Senior Architectural Lead and Senior Infrastructure Engineer to integrate updates into reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in project controls, project reporting, program management, or governance functions
- Experience working on large scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in owner side environments, EPC projects, or consultant/contractor management
- English – Advanced (Mandatory)
- PMP, PMI SP, AACE Certification, or equivalent preferred

Job Summary
- The Controls & Reporting Manager is a senior owner side governance role responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining independent project controls, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring systems for large scale development projects.
- The role provides leadership visibility on programme progress, cost performance, risks, issues, changes, and consultant/contractor performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master programmes covering all project phases.
- Monitor project milestones, progress, and critical activities.
- Identify schedule delays, slippages, and recovery requirements.
- Independently review consultant and contractor schedules.
- Establish and maintain project cost tracking frameworks.
- Monitor cost trends and identify potential budget deviations.
- Support forecasting activities and financial performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain project risk, issues, and change registers.
- Monitor mitigation plans and corrective actions.
- Monitor consultant and contractor performance against contractual obligations.
- Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
- Establish and maintain standalone project reporting systems and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline.
- PMP, PMI SP, AACE Certification, or Equivalent Project Controls Certification (Preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in project controls, project reporting, program management, or governance functions.
- Experience working on large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in owner side environments, EPC projects, or consultant/contractor management.
