Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all site activities related to installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems and associated infrastructure
- Plan, organize, and control project execution to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource utilization, and take corrective actions when required
- Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and ISO requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Manage inspections, testing activities, authority approvals, and project handover documentation
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding processes (TIG, ARC), piping systems, and mechanical installations
- Familiarity with SS316L, Duplex 2205, HDPE, PVC, and other industrial piping materials
- Sound understanding of ASME, ASTM, ISO, and UAE regulatory standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and engineering documentation
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- The Site Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of water treatment and infrastructure projects.
- The role involves managing site operations, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- The Site Manager is accountable for project performance, workforce management, and achieving project objectives within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all site activities related to the installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems and associated infrastructure.
- Plan, organize, and control project execution to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity.
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable regulations.

- Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports submitted by site engineers and supervisors.
- Support project cost control, budgeting, variation management, and claims documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain project continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations for design improvements, value engineering, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding processes (TIG, ARC), piping systems, and mechanical installations.
