About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile work packages, job instructions, and supporting technical documentation
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Perform material take offs and prepare material requirement lists for maintenance and project activities
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and operations teams to ensure work package readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company procedures
- Assist in developing work scopes, method statements, and task sequences
- Ensure all drawings, specifications, and related documents are up to date and properly controlled
- Support planning and scheduling activities by providing technical and documentation inputs
- Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest approved versions are used
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related discipline
- Experience in work preparation, maintenance planning, technical documentation, or a similar role
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of work package preparation, material take offs, and documentation control
- Familiarity with project planning and maintenance processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Job Overview
