Role Description
Support research activities and project operations from planning through execution.
Assist with research, information gathering, data organization, documentation, and day-to-day project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews, online research, and information searches using reliable sources.
- Collect, organize, clean, and summarize qualitative and quantitative information.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, visualization, and preparation of research materials.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate project records, files, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth progress.
- Communicate with team members and relevant stakeholders to collect information and support project activities.
- Identify emerging trends and useful resources to support research and decision-making.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Analytics, Research, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
