Role Description
Develop architectural concepts, designs, drawings, and technical solutions that meet project requirements, aesthetic objectives, functional needs, and applicable standards.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the design and project development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and presentation materials.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and other technical documentation.
- Translate project requirements and design concepts into practical and effective architectural solutions.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project-related matters.
- Assist with design development, material selection, technical coordination, and design revisions.
- Review drawings, materials, shop drawings, and site works to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Participate in site inspections, project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities.
- Monitor project progress and support the timely completion of design deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety requirements, and professional standards.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and other architectural documentation.
