About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory, targeting key ventilated façade projects
- Engage with stakeholders (architects, consultants, contractors, developers) to specify and promote façade systems
- Deliver value proposition and respond to technical and commercial inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams (design, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and present tailored proposals in collaboration with the design team
- Follow up on project approvals and drive conversion of specifications into sales
- Build and maintain long term relationships with industry professionals
- Think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 3 years proven experience within the Façade industry (Ventilated Façade preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage project follow ups effectively
- Proactive, out of the box thinker with results driven approach
- Self driven and ability to work autonomously

Making Construction Better
- You will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s share of business with Facade stakeholders in the KSA through project approach.
- Create sustainable business relationships with high level contacts and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to decision makers to secure business.
What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring
