Responsibilities
- Interface with service providers to ensure on time imports and exports of shipments
- Manage all aspects of warehousing operations including inbound, inventory management, outbound, reverse logistics, and administrative activities
- Work cross functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure better service to customers
- Use lean management tools, adapt global standards/guidelines, and solve root cause issues to achieve cost productivity, efficiencies, or service improvements
- Understand, interpret, and communicate global KPIs and performance management reporting
- Manage costs and conduct necessary audits and checks to ensure risk mitigating controls are in place
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Logistics
- Strong Microsoft and PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English written and verbal
- High level of motivation, customer focus, and continuous improvement mentality
- Detail oriented with analytical mindset and mathematical aptitude
- Experience working with SAP preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with strict deadlines
- Willingness to work in operational and office environments

- The Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Distribution Manager on all Supply Chain Execution activities related to Regional Distribution Centre operations.
- You will participate in cross functional activities/projects and assignments together with internal and external partners and continue to seek creative ways to improve overall productivity.
What You'll Do
- Interface with service providers to ensure on time imports and exports of shipments and all aspects of warehousing operations including inbound, inventory management, outbound reverse logistics and other administrative activities.
- Work cross functionally, use lean management tools, adapt global standards/guidelines and sustainably solve root cause issues to achieve cost productivity, efficiencies, or service improvements.
- Work closely with other Hilti functions such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure better service to customers.
- Understand, interpret, and communicate global KPIs and performance management reporting.
- Be responsible for cost management and conducting necessary audits and checks to ensure that risk mitigating controls are in place within all aspects of operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
