Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant account management, project sales or business development experience, ideally in IT, AV, ELV or systems integration.
Technical fluency in the solutions we deliver (IT infrastructure, audio visual, ELV and security systems) is highly valued: candidates who can hold their own in a technical conversation with clients and engineers will stand out.
Demonstrated track record of managing commercial sales cycles from qualification through to closure.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to take opportunities from qualification through proposal and negotiation to closure.
Excellent relationship-management skills: able to develop, protect and grow strategic, long-term accounts.
Excellent verbal and written communication for proposals, customer engagement and stakeholder management.
Sound commercial judgement covering pricing, margin awareness and professional handling of negotiations.
Disciplined CRM and record-keeping habits: accurate, timely, consistent.
Strong collaboration across technical, delivery and finance teams.
Proactive, target-driven, personally accountable for quota and commercial performance.
Organised enough to run multiple strategic accounts and live opportunities in parallel.
UAE driving licence preferred.
