Role Overview
The Projects Account Manager owns a portfolio of strategic, recurring project customers across the UAE.
The role combines account management with commercial closure.
The goal is to convert qualified opportunities into recurring, profitable project business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic, recurring project customer accounts across the UAE.
- Take ownership of qualified opportunities handed over by the Business Development Manager.
- Run opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage commercial negotiations and deal closure for new and existing accounts.
- Identify expansion and repeat project opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Support new business growth alongside the Business Development Manager.
- Track forecasts, next steps, margin, and scope for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate daily CRM records, including ownership, handovers, notes, forecasts, and next actions.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of qualified customer meetings agreed with the Sales Director.
- Work with delivery and technical teams to meet customer requirements and progress projects.
- Build partner and customer relationships and represent the company at relevant events.
- Perform other tasks as required from time to time.
