Creators HQ is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Creators & Programs team in Dubai.
The role focuses on designing, managing, and delivering programs and initiatives for creators and partners.
The position involves program frameworks, schedules, resources, stakeholder relationships, and execution.
Program Development and Management
- Design and deliver engaging programs and initiatives for creators and partners.
- Develop program frameworks, schedules, and resources.
- Manage relationships with creators, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Program Execution and Coordination
- Develop and oversee programs supporting talent development, community engagement, and partnership initiatives.
- Design program content, schedules, and materials tailored for creators and partners.
- Collaborate with design, content, operations, and community teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitoring and Growth
- Track program progress and measure success against KPIs.
- Report program results to leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for program innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in program management.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing program budgets.
- Experience in creative industries, media, events, or digital platforms is preferred.
