Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Create animated graphics, visual effects, and typography for video productions.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to plan motion sequences.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and other designers on cohesive visual content.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and motion graphics techniques.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of professional motion graphics design experience is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant design software is required.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling is required.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously are required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is preferred.
• Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with current motion design trends and emerging tools is preferred.
