Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced AWS Grafana Engineer focused on cloud infrastructure monitoring, observability, performance management, and platform reliability.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Build dashboards, alerts, reports, and visualizations for cloud and application monitoring.
- Monitor AWS infrastructure, applications, databases, containers, and microservices environments.
- Configure Prometheus metrics collection, exporters, alerting rules, and retention policies.
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, development, and security teams to improve observability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support Kubernetes and Docker workloads, production readiness reviews, capacity planning, and reliability assessments.
- Automate monitoring configurations and deployments using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
- Develop runbooks, monitoring standards, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
