Job summary
The Programmer Analyst I programs software application modules and codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those modules.
The role reports to the Manager, Application Development and works independently and with project specialists and stakeholders.
Compensation
- The compensation range is CAD 6,631.67 to CAD 9,533.25 monthly.
- The job end date is September 1, 2027.
Work performed
- Work on web application modules, electronic document management systems such as Laserfiche, e-forms, workflows, and business process mapping.
- Maintain software for paper and electronic records and recommend process improvements.
- Document programming requirements, business rules, workflow specifications, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Develop test cases and validate results during user acceptance and system acceptance testing.
- Develop and implement electronic document management policies and procedures.
- Program, test, debug, and document small software modules while following software development lifecycle practices.
- Participate in project planning and implementation, provide status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and education to staff or project team members in demonstrated areas of expertise.
