About the Role
CFTE seeks an organized, detail-oriented graduate for a paid Programme Management Internship in Abu Dhabi. You will support the delivery of training programmes, create content, and act as teaching assistant during live sessions.

Responsibilities
- Support end to end delivery of CFTE's training programmes from preparation to post session wrap up
- Create and refine content for programme delivery including slide decks, handouts, and case studies
- Act as teaching assistant during live sessions, facilitating discussions and supporting participants
- Own session readiness: checking equipment, confirming content, coordinating instructor availability
- Liaise with instructors, clients, and participants to ensure preparedness
- Maintain programme documentation and track action items
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery process and raise programme quality
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem solve on the fly
- Proactive attitude; anticipate what's needed and act before being asked
- Confidence working with people (instructors, clients, participants)
- Previous experience in fast paced environments (startups, consulting, or venture capital) is a plus
