About the Role
CFTE seeks an ambitious graduate for a paid Business Development and Growth Internship in Abu Dhabi. You will support lead generation, outbound outreach, proposal drafting, and CRM management.

Responsibilities
- Support lead generation efforts by researching prospects and identifying new opportunities
- Assist with outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn to build prospect pipeline
- Help draft and refine proposals, pitch decks, and client facing materials
- Manage and update CRM records to ensure pipeline data accuracy
- Attend client meetings and calls, take notes, and support follow up communications
- Contribute to improving templates, processes, and tools across growth function
- Support delivery of CFTE's programmes
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially curious mindset and interest in sales/business development
- Research skills and attention to detail
- Organized and proactive with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to dive in
- Previous experience in fast paced environments (startups, consulting, or venture capital) is a plus
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI
