- Identify and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive tasks

Job Summary

- You will be pivotal in facilitating CFTE's expansion and work across finance, operations, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Own accounts receivable and payable, follow up on payments, manage invoices, and keep financial position accurate.
- Produce financial reports, forecasts, and projections for leadership.
- Manage financial documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and expense records.
- Identify where processes are broken, slow, or missing and build something better.
- Design and implement operational workflows that make the team faster and less reliant on manual effort.
- Actively identify and deploy AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality.
