Responsibilities
- Research, test, and implement cutting edge AI tools and workflows to drive product innovation
- Collaborate on end to end product development from brainstorming to launching and iterating
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and products using AI and take ownership of implementation
- Stay on top of AI landscape, tracking new model releases, tools, and trends
- Assist with operations by improving processes, analyzing inefficiencies, and building smarter workflows
- Support delivery of CFTE's programmes
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI
- Sound technical knowledge of AI concepts and current ecosystem
- Systematic thinking and ability to break down complex problems
- Builder's mindset: ability to prototype and ship ideas
- Entrepreneurial energy with ability to move fast and take initiative
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience in fast paced environments (startups, consulting, or venture capital) is a plus
