Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree and 8+ years
- Completion of System Intermediate Maintenance Mechanic Course for MOS 27X/34S/94S/916A/918D or equivalent
- Experience as Operations Manager overseeing field engineering personnel
- Hands on experience with Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations
- Technical expertise in sustaining complex large scale weapon systems
- Background in manufacturing, refurbishment, or field operations management
- Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship

Job Overview
- Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the Qatar portfolio, reporting to the Qatar Program Associate Director.
- The portfolio includes Technical Assistance efforts (SICO, Fielding Support, Training, Depot Support) and Engineering Services.
- This accompanied position is onsite in Doha, Qatar for a long term assignment with an MOU.
What You Will Do
- Lead, guide, and mentor project staff to strengthen business capabilities.
- Provide daily supervision to Technical Assistance personnel, assigning work and ensuring timely resolution of QEADF issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing efficiency enhancing projects.
- Foster an environment encouraging sharing of best practices and collaborative behaviors.
- Uphold the company's Code of Conduct, maintaining professionalism and commitment to health and safety.
- Serve as primary interface between Depot/Site personnel and OCONUS program management office for sustainment matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with U.S. OMC, SAMD, and QEADF.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree and 8+ years.
- Successful completion of System Intermediate Maintenance Mechanic Course for MOS 27X/34S/94S/916A/918D or equivalent.
- Experience as an Operations Manager overseeing field engineering personnel and support activities.
- Hands on experience with Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations including MAP installation and checkout.
- Technical expertise in sustaining complex large scale weapon systems.
- Background in manufacturing, refurbishment, and/or field operations management.
- Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance required prior to start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience with depot forward maintenance operations.
- Background in depot industry environments or LEAD operations.
- Prior expatriate experience.
- Experience working with U.S. Government customers including IFMC, STARE, IFRCO, and SAMD.
- Experience developing or executing sustainment strategies across Technical Assistance, Spares, R&R, Depot, Training, and Logistics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an international cross functional team.
