Role Overview
The INTREPID Lab at CAMH is seeking a highly motivated Program Officer to operationally support a diverse portfolio of research, health services, education, knowledge translation, and stakeholder initiatives.
The role focuses on nicotine dependence while supporting whole-person care and innovative health services models addressing co-occurring conditions.
The position is full-time and contract for 12 months.

Role overview
The INTREPID Lab at CAMH is seeking a highly motivated Program Officer to operationally support a diverse portfolio of research, health services, education, knowledge translation, and stakeholder initiatives.
The role focuses on nicotine dependence while supporting whole-person care and innovative health services models addressing co-occurring conditions.
The position is full-time and contract for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide budget management support and monitor expenditures for research programs and projects.
- Assist with finance, procurement, contracts, quality assurance, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Support multi-site funding applications, onboarding and offboarding, program infrastructure, meetings, events, and performance monitoring.
- Provide administrative and day-to-day operations support to the team.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree plus at least 3 years of operational, administrative, or customer service-oriented experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting programs, projects, or research administration.
- Knowledge of clinical research, education, and knowledge translation processes.
