Role Overview
CAMH is seeking a full-time, permanent Contract Manager for its Redevelopment and Support Services portfolio.
The role reports to the Director of Facilities and provides strategic and operational oversight of facilities management contracts and service providers.
CAMH's redevelopment includes completed phases and active Phase 1D research and forensics construction projects.
Contract Management Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration, supplier performance, financial outcomes, compliance, risks, service levels, and continuous improvement.
- Review consulting contract fee proposals, deliverables, invoices, documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support negotiations, resolve contractual matters, and provide analysis and recommendations to the Facilities Director.
- Lead or support RFQ and RFP development, issuance, evaluation, and procurement activities.
- Prepare executive, Board, Ministry of Health, and other government stakeholder materials as required.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships across internal teams, suppliers, contractors, service providers, and external partners.
