• Lead, manage, monitor, and evaluate ETL and OLAP developer performance.
• Assign work, manage the technical team, mentor and train direct reports, and support recruitment and performance management.
• Foster a healthy, collaborative workplace aligned with CAMH values and applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
• Five or more years of experience with data warehousing and demonstrated data warehouse team leadership.
• Experience leading technical data warehousing solutions and OLAP, including business-user collaboration.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent scalable data routing and transformation systems.
• Experience with Machine Learning Operations and systems integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Experience in a hospital or other healthcare environment is required.
• Big data and data mining experience is preferred but not mandatory; bilingualism or a second language is an asset.
• COVID-19 and other vaccines are required unless exempt on medical grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Work Location

• The position is based at 1001 Queen Street West.

Compensation and Benefits

• The hiring salary range is CAD 102,735.96 to CAD 128,419.95 per year.
• The full pay range is CAD 102,735.96 to CAD 154,103.94 per year.
