Position Description: Reporting to the Manager, Data Operations, the full-time contract Data Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of data for Canada’s 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline.
The Data Analyst will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, operational teams, and external partners to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and translated into meaningful insights.
The role will also support the continued development of the 9-8-8 Azure data environment and reporting infrastructure.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, calculations, and processes.
