Role Overview
GFT is hiring a Program Manager to join its Transit & Rail Practice or CBG Team in Toronto.
The role leads programs made up of multiple engineering and architectural projects for major transit clients.
The position supports rail systems, bus rapid transit, zero-emission mobility, transit facilities, and civil and structural infrastructure.

- The role follows a hybrid work model with regular attendance at the Toronto office.
- The position is based in Toronto, Ontario.
Program Leadership
- Plan, organize, and execute multiple transit engineering and architectural projects.
- Manage program execution, client satisfaction, quality goals, and opportunities for additional work.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, budget, and financial target metrics.
- Use workflows for go or no-go decisions, resources, proposals, contracts, records, billing, receivables, and closeout.
Client and Team Leadership
- Develop relationships with client staff and executives to sustain accounts and generate leads.
