SALARY

• Pay Range: $102,232 to $137,009.60 annually.
• Hiring Range: $102,232 to $ 124,259.20 annually.

• Pay range is the entire compensation range for the position classification.
• Hiring range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
• Internal Only: Please understand that this is pay grade 068. If selected, your salary offer will be based on the applicable promotion or demotion worksheet in accordance with the City Pay Ordinance.
• Promotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade increase.
• Demotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade decrease.
• Lateral transfers occur when there is no change to the last two digits of the pay grade.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in program and project management, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
• Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Working conditions: This position may require occasional evening/weekend work to support 24/7 operations and project milestones.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
• Progressive mechanical systems O&M experience.
• Experience managing large scale budgets.
• Experience with lifecycle planning and central plants.
• Experience with contract administration and vendor performance.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and program leadership.
• Experience working in an airport environment and knowing rules and regulations related to the FAA.
• Experience working in an airport environment with on call responsibilities as needed for critical systems.
• Experience with lifecycle planning, passenger Boarding Bridges (PBBs), and/or Fire/Life Safety Programs, and/or Safety & Regulatory Compliance.
