The Water Services department is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant II to support our Internal Business Support Division . What You'll Do:
Support division leadership with high-level administrative functions.
Manage budgets, draft reports, and assist with policy development.
Conduct research and analyze operational procedures.
Coordinate cross-departmental projects and problem-solving efforts.
Prepare and deliver presentations to staff and the public.
Develop and implement process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
Experience with budgeting, operating procedure development, and administrative research.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
