- Lead and oversee the end to end delivery of a multi entity ERP Cloud program covering Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business domains
- Manage and coordinate multiple ERP Cloud projects and project managers, ensuring alignment with program level goals and timelines
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, risk frameworks, and executive dashboards
- Ensure cohesive execution of key workstreams: integration with vertical systems, data migration & cleansing, change management, and user adoption
- Oversee vendor and SI performance, managing contracts, KPIs, issue escalations, and delivery quality
- Guide process re engineering initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic outcomes and enterprise architecture
- Lead the setup and operations of an ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) for ongoing innovation, training, and best practice sharing
- Engage executive stakeholders, steering committees, and cross functional leadership to ensure support, alignment, and buy in
- Monitor program financials, track ROI, and manage resource allocation
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multi phase ERP transformations (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience overseeing complex portfolios and driving enterprise wide change
- Strong leadership across business and IT domains
- Experience managing internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators
- Ability to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to strategic objectives

Role Overview
