Pay Range: $102,232 to $137,009.60 annually.

Hiring Range: $102,232 to $ 124,259.20 annually.

• Promotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade increase.
• Demotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade decrease.
• Lateral transfers occur when there is no change to the last two digits of the pay grade.
• When there is a change in the first digit of the pay grade, there may also be a change to your classification or unit.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in program and project management, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
• Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:

• Five years of experience in asset management or maintenance operations.
• Three years supervising or leading staff.
• Three years of experience in the administration, configuration, or management of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) or similar platforms.
• Experience with organizational change management facilitation.
• Experience with leading or supporting software system implementations.
• Experience developing or maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Experience with the development, implementation, or improvement of asset management processes, standards, or programs.
• Experience with data governance, including establishing data standards, ensuring data quality, and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience in maintenance program development supporting operational reliability and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs, with an emphasis on user adoption, competency building, and ongoing refresher training.
• Certification in asset management, highly desired.
