- Develop a growth strategy for your program while ensuring alignment with business growth and profitability targets.
- Develop program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on program financials, including market share, cost performance, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Forecast demand and recommend adjustments to strategy or execution plans as needed.
- Manage the beginning to end program lifecycle, from concept development to product launch.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular program status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve project related challenges.
- Gather and interpret customer and market feedback to inform tooling portfolio development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with engine OEMs.
- Coordinate cross functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product strategy, or business development, preferably in aerospace
- Strong analytical, statistical and financial acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Contributes to driving market share growth and program profitability through data analysis, competitive insights, and cross functional coordination.
- Requires close collaboration with sales, customer facing teams, supply chain, and logistics functions.

- Leverage sales, supply chain, logistics and customer support functional teams.
- Monitor and report on program financials, including market share, cost performance, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Forecast demand and recommend adjustments to strategy or execution plans as needed.
- Manage the beginning to end program lifecycle, from concept development to product launch.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular program status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve project related challenges.
- Gather and interpret customer and market feedback to inform tooling portfolio development and enhancements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with engine OEMs to influence product direction, gain market intelligence, and secure strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product strategy, or business development, preferably within the aerospace sectors
- Strong analytical, statistical and financial acumen; experience with market analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and scenario analysis (VBA coding preferred)
- Experience working with Aerospace OEMs and understanding their product development cycles and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in reviewing, understanding, and drafting agreements and contracts
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer experience principles, program management and best practices
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and developing targeted engagement strategies
- Project management skills to lead the implementation of new programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
