Job Summary

Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of large strategic programs across customer, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and delivery teams.
• Translate business objectives and customer requirements into roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and scalable solutions.
• Lead steering committees, status reporting, financial oversight, decision framing, escalation management, and outcome reviews.
• Manage dependencies, scope, milestones, risks, owners, and interlock points across product lines and partner integrations.
• Drive risk, issue, and change management through go-live, service handoff, incident review, and post-launch stabilization.

Customer and Commercial Delivery

• Build trusted executive and senior customer relationships and guide decisions with technical credibility and sound judgment.
• Hold stakeholders accountable while balancing customer advocacy with scalability, commercial discipline, and return on investment.
• Partner with regional Sales Directors on pipeline development, strategic growth, delivery models, and customer planning.
• Improve delivery processes and mentor program managers to strengthen governance maturity.

Technical Domains

• Lead programs involving SaaS platforms, cloud workflows, OTT/IP video, media supply chains, metadata, content processing, and third-party integrations.
• Apply technical fluency across cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations, media workflows, data platforms, and operational handoff.
• Work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Architecture, Professional Services, and external partners.

Required Experience

• At least 12 years of program, portfolio, or complex delivery leadership experience.
• Customer-facing experience leading executive-sponsored, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and external dependencies.
• Expertise in media, broadcast, streaming, OTT/IP video, SaaS, or related digital platform environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery models, hybrid governance environments, operational controls, and consultative enterprise delivery.
• Commercial acumen across budgets, invoicing, revenue tracking, resourcing, forecasting, contracts, and vendor management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership presence, analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, and accountability.

Education

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered.

Workplace and Travel

• The role is based in Dubai and includes travel across the Middle East.
