Role Overview
The Program Manager has oversight responsibility for all aspects associated with an assigned customer project/program and serves as the primary liaison between the customer and the plant. This position reviews the status of projects, manages customer line of balances, and prepares status reports, as required. This position manages all customer communication pertaining to product information, inquiries, contracts and/or purchase orders, complaints and/or feedback, and has approval authority for contract or purchase order amendments.

- Predominantly, a provider for large, highly complex machined parts, kits and assemblies for OEMs and large Tier One providers for both military and commercial market segments. Progressive is a 140,000 square foot facility.
