Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred.
4 to 6 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 6S, TPM, Process Flow, etc.)
Understanding of general construction practices
Works under limited direction and supervision, planning details of procedure and methods to attain definite objectives.

Frequent work required in areas with wet or humid conditions-non-weather, near moving mechanical parts, in high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor or weather conditions, extreme cold non-weather, extreme heat non-weather, and vibration.
Occasional elevated work requiring use of a man lift and fall restraint.
Work in areas with loud noise required.
