Program Coordinator, Risk and Resilience (Airside)

Key Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in an operational environment, preferably in technical, risk, emergency or airport environment, supplemented by a post-secondary education in Airport Operations, Operations Management, Emergency Planning or related discipline; or equivalent combination of training and airport experience
• Knowledge of aviation operations, airside environments, and Canadian aviation regulations (CARs) and standards.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk assessment and operational, contingency, and incident response planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical information into clear procedures and presentations.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a complex, fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related workplace technologies.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a D/A AVOP.
• Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers. Salary Range

• $75,766 to $99,027 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
