What is the Role?
We are currently recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. We have permanent positions available for experienced workers in the following roles:
Positions and Specific Role Requirements
- Mixer/Depositor
- Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications.
- Line Operator
- Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down).
Skills/Competencies Required
- You work well in a team, meet production targets, and support others through buddy training.
- You have strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, plus a continuous learning mindset.
- You are detail-oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately.
Shifts and Conditions
Positions are available across afternoon and nightshift. Afternoon shifts available from 2:00pm-10.06pm Night shifts available from 10.00pm – 6.06am

Shift loading and penalty rates apply
Overtime available as required or in peak demand periods
Positions are available for immediate start
