Innovation and NPD
- Lead end-to-end new product development projects from concept creation through commercial launch.
- Develop products, recipes, and packaging solutions aligned with consumer and market trends.
- Conduct formulation, prototyping, and feasibility assessments.
- Manage factory trials, scale-up, validation, and commercial production.
